Based on Twang’s HipHop roots "Code Complex" is also affected by other musical styles like Drum’n’Bass and Breakbeat. In the mostly murky soundcollages fragmented melodies are merged with complex structures which culminate in obscure sampleorgies and leave delightful pictures in one’s head. "Code Complex" is a passionately programmed, darkly evocative attack for the ears, a sonic strike but a well-balanced symbiosis of organic and synthetic sounds that create a mist of frenetic suspense. Sporadic cuts and scratches add to the sound not being too nerdy but injected in perfect doses. A Waxolutionists-Remix increases the spectrum of extraordinary beats.
