When the Forum was introduced by adidas in 1983, it was considered to be the most technological basketball shoe of its time, because the added heel cup and the velcro strap resulted in best ankle protection. Now, more than a quarter-century later, the adidas Forum is still one of the most wanted retro shoes of the early 80s.
