The Bluroc Festival Live From Brooklyn Feat. Curren$y

The Bluroc Festival DVD documents a concert that took place June 21st, 2010 at the Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, New York. The show was organized by pioneering entrepreneur Damon Dash
and his newly-formed media collective DD172. DD172 is an umbrella organization that redefines art, music, fashion, film
making and publishing. The documentary was produced by
DD172 in conjunction with its music division, Bluroc Records. The
concert and film were sponsored by adidas Originals.
The concert was headlined by Bluroc Records' artist Curren$y,
and featured a packed supporting lineup of Bluroc/DD172 artists, including Big K.R.I.T., Stalley, Trademark da Skydiver, Camp Lo, Sean O'Connell, Rugz D. Bewler, DJ Boogz, Tabi Bonney, Smoke
DZA, DJ Wordy, Nesby Phips and McKenzie Eddy. Legendary producer Ski Beatz was on hand to provide the beats, and he
brought along his accomplished band of veteran musicians, The Senseis, who produced live instrumentation for the evening.
The DVD includes intimate behind-the-scenes footage, live concert
footage & more. The DVD gives hip-hop fans, aficionados and aspiring entrepreneurs across America an inside look at underground music being showcased at its finest.
