It's the perfect winter shell for changing weather conditions - the Hydratic membrane protects from moisture while the Supreme Microloft padding keeps you warm even in low temperatures. The outer fabric combination of G-1000 HeavyDuty and G-1000 Original means that the Fjällräven Barents Parka will be your durable companion for many years to come. The large hood has detachable synthetic fur trim for extra protection from the snow. Many pockets provide practical storage, like the two vertical breast pockets for a map, telephone or ID, and the cargo pockets at lower front with plenty of room for gloves and cold hands. Plus, there's one hidden Napoleon pocket as well as two inner pockets. Additional features include drawstring adjustment at the waist plus bottom hem, a long, two-way zipper with protective flap and push buttons, plus hook and loop fasteners at the cuffs.
