One of the highlights of the Jordan Brand's current season might be the Fire Red colorway of the Air Jordan 5 Retro Low - on of the OG color schemes of the first run. Introduced in February 1990 in four different colorways, the Air Jordan 5 was the first shoe out of the AJ line equipped with a clear outsole, inspired by the Nike kicks Marty McFly used to sport in "Back to the Future 2". Another innovative idea was to add molded foam to the upper, while the flame graphics at the midsole took inspiration from a World War 2 British fighter aircraft P-40 Warhawk. And we can't forget about the reflective 3M tongue with Jumpman branding.
