Item Description
Nike SB teamed up with Grand Rapids, Michigan-based skateshop Premier to create the Fish Ladder Pack that features reflective speckled scales at the salmo forefoot upper as well as fishskin texture at heel/collar and Swoosh appliqués. To pay homage to Grand Rapids skatespot and salmon pass, Fish Ladder, the Nike SB Dunk Low Premium is also equipped with signature stitching at heel patch. Nike SB recreates the legendary Dunk Low Premium and updates the design with some necessary skateboarding features such as reinforced ollie spots as well as padded lining/tongue. By the way, this design has a rich history: For the last 25 years the Nike Dunk ruled the basketball courts across the globe, and these shoes made a major impact on the dress code of lots of sub-cultures. Today the Nike Dunk is a retro statement par excellence with dozens of amazing colorways and a rather slim basketball silhouette that pleases sneaker connoisseurs on a regular basis. Okay, back to this item: The additional features of the Fish Ladder Pack's Nike SB x Premier Dunk Low Premium include suede plus synthetic upper, soft and breathable fabric lining, a slightly padded collar, a foam-padded insole, an EVA foam midsole, a stitched rubber cupsole, Nike's Swoosh fishskin appliqués on side panels, Fish Ladder graphic embroidered on the heel patch as well as a Nike SB label with speckled scales on the tongue.
