Vans is a hardcore skateboarding company that was founded by Paul Van Doren and three partners in Anaheim, California, in 1966. Vans always was and still is synonymous with skateboarding, thanks to classic designs such as Authentic (the first shoe introduced by Vans), Sk8 Hi, Era, Chukka Boots and the classic Slip-On. Shorty after being established, Vans created a unique down-to-earth look that most action sports purists can relate to. But it ain’t all about sneakers, the Off The Wall company is also known for their high-quality apparel line that incorporates traditional patterns and stylish patterns, plus you can’t escape the famous skateboard logo if you’re into skateboarding and BMXing, or if you just prefer a cool up-to-date outfit with an authentic vintage twist. Today, Vans also teams up with well-known artists, combos and labels if they like their work.
