Arc'teryx Kopec GTX W (Black / Yukon)

The Kopec GTX W by Arc'teryx is a lightweight, waterproof hiking shoe for women that comes into its own on fast tours across mixed terrain. The low, dynamic profile provides a direct, close-to-the-ground feel, while the softly padded ankle area wraps comfortably around the foot. Arc'teryx clearly designed the shoe for versatile use, from spontaneous day hikes to everyday urban wear.

For the Kopec GTX W, Arc'teryx relies on a Gore-Tex® membrane with modern ePE technology that reliably keeps out rain and slush while remaining breathable. The tough CORDURA® mesh upper is lightweight, abrasion-resistant, and dries quickly when the route leads through wet grass or shallow streams. An asymmetrically shaped TPU toe cap and reinforcements at high-wear areas shield the forefoot, while an external TPU heel counter adds stability.

Inside, the Kopec GTX W delivers long-lasting comfort on rocky trails thanks to dual cushioning zones in the EVA midsole construction. An integrated TPU upper supports the arch and filters out sharp edges without blocking the foot’s natural roll. The generously cut toe box lets the toes splay in a relaxed way, while the lace-near design with sturdy eyelets locks the foot in precisely.

Underfoot, a Vibram Megagrip outsole with Litebase construction and specifically arranged lugs provides reliable grip on rock, forest floor, and muddy sections. The reduced Black/Yukon color concept with side Arc'teryx logo remains subtly understated and works just as well for technical fast hiking as it does for the daily trip into the city. This makes the Kopec GTX W a versatile companion that combines Arc'teryx performance with a clean look.
