The unlined nubuck upper with its velvety surface feels pleasantly soft, while the smooth edging around the upper creates a clean overall look. Underfoot, New Balance uses a Vibram® outsole with characteristically rounded lugs that deliver reliable traction on varying terrain.

Inside, the sock-like fit keeps you in close contact with the shoe without sacrificing comfort. The asymmetrical last shape follows the natural toe line and gives the forefoot noticeably more room, which is especially welcome on longer walks.
