The Cloudflow 5 AD by On brings a fast, race-day feel into everyday life and combines minimalist design with race-inspired tech. As a versatile lifestyle sneaker, it features dynamic lines that sweep in wave-like fashion along the sides, echoing the natural motion of your foot. The streamlined On silhouette looks clean and futuristic, yet remains pleasantly understated and easy to combine with different outfits.

The upper of the Cloudflow 5 AD is made from lightweight textile using recycled polyester, built with a tactile 3D print. Integrated color accents add depth and highlight the elongated On branding along the sides. The low-seam construction wraps the foot softly, while perforated zones provide airy comfort. A comfortably padded heel stabilizes the Achilles tendon and prevents chafing, whether you’re heading to the office or going for a spontaneous run through the city.

At the core of the Cloudflow 5 AD is a Helion™ HF hyper foam midsole, the same type used in On’s top racing models. Together with the characteristic CloudTec® elements underfoot, it delivers a springy, energetic ride with soft landings and fast rebound.

Propulsion comes from the Speedboard® made from PA11, which is stiff enough, thanks to its glass fiber content, to channel every step forward while still allowing for a smooth transition. A rubber outsole with grippy tread anchors the On sneaker securely on asphalt, making it an ideal companion for long days that move between street, studio, and evening plans.
