Originally unleashed onto the scene in 1983, the Timex Automatic 1983 Automatic Reissue is a classic dress watch distinguished by a curved square case shape affectionately dubbed the TV Dial. For this modern-day reissue, Timex has upgraded its construction to stainless-steel and powered it with a Miyota caliber 8215 Japanese automatic movement including 21 jewels that brings the first automatic to the Timex reissues. Completing its smooth profile is a brushed and polished stainless-steel expansion band enhanced with Timex' Perfect Fit technology, a vintage-style acrylic crystal, and a subtle date window seamlessly integrated into the clean dial at 3 o’clock position.
