Yet another solid Soul/Funk nugget lifted from the vaults of Miami's CAT Records (Another T.K. Disco subsidiary). Often sampled, re-edited & re-jigged but never bettered! Gwen McCrae's all time classic "All This Love I'm Giving" finally see's a timely repress, just as God intended, on a dinked 45 with all original artwork intact! That's right, you may recognize this number from Cassius' 1999 hit "Feelin' For You" but this track has long been a staple of rare groove dances & sophisticated soul parties with discerning DJ's & selectors clamoring for the original 45 at any cost. Backed here with it's original b-side slow jam "Maybe I'll Find Somebody New" this rare 45 has been re-mastered, re-pressed & brought back for 2015's dance-floors in conjunction & with the permission of T.K. Release:1972 / US – Reissue
Genre:Organic Grooves
"A prodigious guitarist at an early age, Willie George
Hale earned the nickname ""Little Beaver"" from
friends in family in Arkansas, remarking on his
prominent teeth. Over the years Hale would make a
name for himself as a reliable session guitarist,
appearing on recordings by Betty Wright, Al
Kooper, and Blowfly, and gradually developing his
own distinct, rhythmic style of blues guitar playing.
As the mid-70s approached Hale would embark on
his own solo career, cutting albums and singles with
Florida's TK Records, working alongside famed
musicians like Jaco Pastorius, Benny Latimore, and
Timmy Thomas. His career effectively ended in the
1980s with TK's collapse, but he would find new life
in 2003 after performing on several Joss Stone
albums, and his works would be sampled in hip-hop
tunes by the likes of Jay-Z, Slum Village, and
People Under The Stairs.
Hale's solo debut (Released under the Little Beaver
moniker) came in 1972 and was titled Joey. The
album found minor commercial success, and set
the groundwork for Hale's continuing solo career.
Joey featured a variety of takes on classic blues,
ranging from the bounding, shuffling chart hit ""I'm
Losin' The Feelin'"", to the lushly orchestrated BB
King-like ""That's How It Is"", all bolstered with Hale's
exclusive take on the blues guitar sound. Songs
from Joey would later be covered by Gwen
McCrae, and Blowfly, among others."

Two more sides of rare, sun-soaked Miami Soul dug from the vaults of the TK Disco, CAT Records family.
Willie "Little Beaver" Hale was on of CAT Records most enduring artists, releasing no less than 4 LP's and at least 12 45's for the label during the early to late 1970's as well as writing, performing and appearing on numerous other artists projects (including Betty Wright's super-hit "Clean up woman"). This particular 45 "One Of These Fools Have Got To Go / Concrete Jungle" features all the hallmarks of Hale's wondrous, soulful style. Laid back sweet Funk is the order of the day here, beautiful rare-groove leaning cuts that have somehow soaked up a good dose of that Hialeah sunshine. A tough record to track down, this 45 has long been the preserve of the rare record underground. Copies can change hands for collectors prices regularly often making the record hard to obtain. This fully legit re-issue makes the beautiful sounds of Little Beaver available again for all to enjoy. Re-released with all original label artwork intact, on dinked 45 as per the original 1977 release and with the full cooperation of TK Disco / CAT Records, Miami, Florida.
