Recorded in Årsta, Sweden. Produced, composed and mixed by Henrik von Euler Field recordings from Dåvö, Västmanland and Skillinge, Skåne. The nightingale that is singing by the lighthouse on “Näktergalen vid fyren” returns every spring to the same spot.

Till Doro was recorded as a one piece good-night-sleep-tight song in 2018 for a child that was yet to be born. It is by far the most personal work so far and also the most bright and ethereal work Clora has released to this date.

Vid sidan is the first solo effort from Anders Ekert. A true pioneer in electronic music as a part of all star team Pluxus. Anders has also been the main photographer for Flora & Fauna during the last ten years.

Instrumental music ranging from the softest ambient to spaced out dub and neoclassical piano. Curated by Henrik von Euler. Fun fact: Mira Eklund is the daughter of Sten Eklund, the artist that created Kullahusets Hemlighet which inspired the album by Jäverling ◇ von Euler.

The drama production has won a number of awards internationally, and is directed by Eva Staaf, with whom Andreas has worked in several contexts. The music is released and licensed in collaboration with Astrid Lindgren AB.

When Andreas was commissioned to compose the music, he had just finished building a daxophone (an instrument invented by the German improvisational guitarist Hans Reichel). The lamenting murmur of the instrument quickly became a central component in the portrayal of the evil tyrant Tengil, and also expressed the presence of the dragon Katla.

Amanda de Frumerie has illustrated the bustling tranquil landscape that makes up the album cover.

This is Andreas Söderström’s second full-length album on Flora & Fauna. “Om solen väl går upp” was released in 2016. He also was a part of Sjöarna and released an album together with Rickard Jäverling called Adelsö.
