High Tension is a masterpiece of moog fx with jazz rhytm, sort of old Mustang territory back in the 70s. Check out the track the title track ‘High Tension’, where B-film Movie style bassline meet deep funky drums and hypnotic piano riffs…Don’t be surprised if you find some of this tune on one of the next Tarantino’s movie (he’s said to be a big fan of the genre…!!), or the track ‘Strategia Della Tensione’ heavy jazzy fast drums with tecno style fx... Dope ! I can’t count the times Grandangolo has been sampled..But please do check out the track ‘Afrikan War’, because it’s one of the track that made us fall in love with Amedo Tommasi and his synths. His album ‘Zamboni 22’ is an iconic landmark in the record collecting market, like the album he recorded with Chet Baker in Italy during the 60’s and 70’s.
