ASICS SportStyle introduces the Gore-Tex Pack edition of the Gel-Lyte V with a nice color-block look that includes suede plus partially micro-perforated leather upper, a microporous Gore-Tex membrane to add breathability and make the shoes wind and waterproof as well as speckle details at the midsole. Originally introduced in 1993, the ASICS SportStyle Gel-Lyte V is the latest offering of the Gel-Lyte reissue series. Like its predecessors, it's a lightweight retro running shoe that's equipped ASICS SportStyle's famous cushioning technology as well as a foamed Phylon midsole for added support, while the wrap-around tongue construction resulted into a perfect fit.
