during the recording sessions (222 copies made) and 500 black vinyl. /// On April 17th 2019, UGK legend Bun B and super producer Statik Selektah got together at Harley Harl’s House of Hits and during a live video stream at WWW.SHOWOFFHIPHOP.COM they recorded “Trillstatik” from scratch.
They had some legendary guests come along such as Method Man, Fat Joe, Smoke DZA, Westside Gunn, Termanology, Fame of M.O.P., Talib Kweli, Big K.R.I.T. and countless others, capturing a legendary moment in time and creating a masterpiece to push the culture forward.
The record was initially available exclusively on Tidal on April 20th and later on released on all digital platforms with exclusive bonus tracks.
