Dark Lo and Benny the Butcher on the same track will increase the crime rate, but they don’t care about that, or anything else on their most recent collab -“Ripped Apart” - the lead single from Dark Lo’s new album entitled American Made. The Philadelphia and Buffalo natives have collaborated before, with Lo featuring on “03 Draft” off Benny’s A Friend of Ours tape. On Ripped Apart (produced by Chup the Producer) Dark Lo brings that same menacing energy that’s quickly becoming his signature sound, rhyming with a passion seldom heard these days. Both Dark Lo and Benny are doing their best in keeping “street rap” alive and well, and plan to continue working together to ensure its longevity. “'Ripped Apart' was effortlessly recorded by me and The Butcher in Philly.
