Following on from the release of their first split 12” from Hollis P. Monroe and Kenny Leaven on their new imprint and global party series NAU, Tiefschwarz return with two irresistible dance-floor-focused cuts from French producer and close friend David K. Having supplied a stunning re-work of Tiefschwarz’s recent single ‘No Message’ on Souvenir, it was an easy decision to get David onboard and involved with this new project. His sound is a mixture of romantic melodies on drugs, rocking beats à la parisienne, and some unreasonable sounds to turn you on. Raised on 80s funk and hip hop from his very urban childhood, but also on rock & roll, he caught the rave virus in 1993 under the influence of Francesco Farfa, Derrick May, Sven Vath and Laurent Garnier.
