Title track “Riverside”’s classy piano chords and kaleidoscopic mood bring up colourful visions, while the Gerry Read remix’s staccato groove and improvisational stop & go swings are purely Jazz inspired, surrounded by free flowing sounds and a pounding speedy beat. “Summertime” is built around a steady tom-and-shaker groove, with atmospheric vocals and dreamy pad melodies, while “E15 2RG” is introspective and dark, its aqueous percussions slinking off with time stretch effects.
