Back in the days, both Madsol and Dialek put in work with Laster and dropped some classic singles. Indeed you surely knew about tracks such as “Misery”, “Searching For Meaning”, “Off Balance”, which had been remixed by DJ Premier on “New York Reality Check 101”.

With such a great output, Back 2 Da Source had to bring back the 90s unreleased album “Liberal Art”, produced by Madsol Desar & Dialek. The production is full of soulful, jazzy and melodic samples, but also inspired by classical music with crazy dope strings samples.

This album features a lot of different but incredible kind of production styles, but they are always on point and combine the dopest Boom Bap vibes. On the lyrics side, Laster is fully into serious topics, dope flows and poetry.
