Lena Willikens Phantom Delia

Lena Willikens is a secret encyclopaedia on everything Düsseldorf (see her involvement in Salon des Amateurs), everything Brussels, and everything New Wave… that is barely the whole truth- it is actually just the tip of the iceberg. It is evident that she was raised on certain 20th-century avant-garde subjects and fantasies. (For example, like how to become a phantom) Since this education she has been travelling the world, continuing to distinctively converting those fantasies into the contemporary realness; fuelling twisted and contorted dance floor needs. It is striking- playing one of her inimitable sets - here was some white-Reebok-ed, Taeuber-Arp version of an oddball-Techno DJ who delicately refuses the obvious musical pattern of dance communication. Anyone can attest that has listened to "Sentimental Flashback" Lena's resident broadcast on Radio Cómeme. Cómeme has a notorious appetite for stars, shining in their own right.
