Brooklyn’s Mortals and Philadelphia’s Repellers have teamed up for this explosive split 10” on New York label Broken Limbs Recordings. Formed in 2010, Mortals has quickly built a reputation for its harrowing concoction of black metal, stoner-swampsludge and doom metal. In 2014, the band toured with Pallbearer, Sólstafir and Wolvhammer in addition to releasing debut LP Cursed to See the Future on Relapse Records. This spring, Mortals will embark on a European tour alongside Skeletonwitch and Goatwhore. Formed in a West Philly basement in early 2012, Repellers is a metal influenced crust band with members of The Claw, Myles Of Destruction and Blood Bomber.
