Adriatic (Noire / Lis Noir)

The Paraboot Adriatic is a single buckle sandal design made with cemented construction, another part of Paraboot workmanship, which adheres the sole to the underside of the shoe, rendering both the feel and the step lighter. The leather-lined Paraboot Adriatic also features an anatomically shaped, leather-coverd footbed with a genuine rubber sole as well as blake stitch construction for more flexibility and lightness.

The Blake welt Paraboot shoes are light and flexible, and even more on a rubber sole. The visual of the shoe is finer than a Goodyear construction. However, from a technical point of view, durability and impermeability are less than with a Norwegian or Goodyear construction.

By the way, the Paraboot soles and heels are always made with the same vulcanization blends and processes as originally used in the long history of this company. Rubber is known to develop the best of its physical and mechanical properties, namely comfort, flexibility and resistance to wear, even if the latter also depends heavily on the use and the wearer of the shoes. The Paraboot rubber blends come from France, and are vulcanized on Paraboot's presses in the famous Saint Jean de Moirans workshop.
