Bobbito Garcia, co-host of the legendary Stretch & Bobbito radio show at WKCR, teamed up with Puma to redesign the Suede Classic. Instead of overpowering the silhouette with an own twist, Bobbito preferred to stay true to the Puma Suede's original rough, unpolished charme.

The history of the Puma Suede Classic: Back in 1968, Puma introduced the classic Suede, the world-famous basketball low-top b-boys and b-girls made famous during the days of pop-locking, electric boogaloo, and breakdancing in the 1980s.
