Radius LSD Part 1

Brooklyn label Division 81 presents its first release LSD PT. 1 by Radius, a veteran beat maker / performer from Chicago who showcases his musically diversity to the fullest here.
Starting with “Sunshiiiiiine” using elements of the Boom Bap Hip Hop sound alongside soulful vocal samples married to deep house tempo setting the tone for the rest of the album.
The deep techno inspired “Egypt Whats Up” Co-produced alongside Division81 creator Sonny Daze, comes in softly and quickly takes you into their world of techno, while creating a balance between the Chicago and Berlin music scenes that have inspired them.
The song “Know-Self” features Chicago singer / songwriter Lailah Reich who uses her soulful vocals to speak of unity between all things in the universe. A theme across this genre bending release.
Closing out the release is an extended Vinyl-Only Remix of “Know-Self” Produced by Sonny Daze featuring master producer The Twilite Tone of D/\P, who provides his signature keyboard and bass line rhythm to the D81 Re-Werk.
