Limited edition for Record Store Day 2017!
Here's a reissue of the legendary 1971 Japanese 'Pink Violence' album, Ike Reiko's 'You, Baby', a.k.a. 'Kokotsu No Sekai'. The sex is literally dripping from every note on this record. The style is called "Iroke Kayokyoku", or erotic kayokyoku (kayokyoku being a style of Japanese pop), but this sort of naive jazz and pseudo spy-fi music is draped in a shroud of sexual shouts, screams and coos from the clearly excited Reiko. One can only assume that she was in a state of euphoria in the recording studio, or she's a pretty realistic faker. This edition is limited to 1.000 hand-numbered copies pressed on 180-gram green vinyl.
