The Name Simorgh refers to the mythological saga of a Persian count, in which the 30 000 Simorgh birds are in search of their king. This philosophical quest is the origin of the inspiration of the 2 members: the prolific Lucio Bukowski of L'Animalerie (already six albums and fifteen EPs) and Lionel, half of the duo of producers Soulchildren who collaborated with Giorgio, Youssoupha, Flynt, Keny Arkana or Scylla.
