Formed in 1981 by their mastermind Chris Pierce, influenced by by groups such as The Beach Boys, The Monkees, The Ramones, Blondie, as well as Dick Dale or The Barracudas, Surfin’ Lungs rewrote the history of surf rock, over the curse of 9 full length albums and 35 years of touring. ‘Factor 8’ on the cult label OTIS recordings came out in 2016 on CD was still missing a vinyl version, packed here with new cover artwork by world renowned Riccardo Bucchioni.
