Following their previous collaboration on "Deutsche Marks", V Don and Willie The Kid get together to bring you a fresh new piece of cinematic, abstract and luxurious hip-hop. Over the last few years, these two individuals have been dropping classic after classic, with Harlem producer providing beats for Dave East, A$AP Rocky, Westside Gunn, Smoke DZA and Eto among countless others, and Grand Rapids lyricist spilling verses over The Alchemist and Bronze Nazareth productions as well as collaborations with his brother, Wu-Tang's affiliate La The Darkman.
The latest studio effort by this deadly combination is aptly entitled "Blue Notes", reminiscent of ice-cold street vibes mixed with smooth, stylish and intricate lyricism, and features guest appearances by Lil Eto and Da$h. Tuff Kong teamed up with the two to bring you this beautiful piece of art on vinyl, including some bonus tracks and hidden verses.
