Written and produced by label head Developer, Ukrainian producer Rhomb and new comers Astronomical Telegram from Colombia and Heretic from the UK. Together compile a great compilation that will destroy floors for years to come.

here's always been a bit of a "no frills" feel to Developer's output. The Los Angeles producer specializes in the kind of functional, no-nonsense techno that comes into its own when played over booming club sound system and as a label owner has truly nurtured his Modularz imprint into one of The homes for contemporary American techno. This release is consistent with the labels on going output of warehouse bangers. Straight up tribal influenced, dark, hypnotic, rhythmic techno music.

As Modularz approaches it’s 50th release - Label owner Developer decided to feature a 4 track sampler taken from The new Lp by Chicago’s Zachary Lubin named “Omronicon” this is Modularz 49 to be exact and features a wealth of groove based bangers all carrying the same aesthetic and theme through the recordings. It’s hard to pin point if this is a hard or deep release so let’s say it’s entirely both and with good reason - it’s also very synth heavy and gains ongoing momentum the more you listen. It’s very obvious that Modularz puts out excellent techno and this is by far no exception. TIP

History _ its evident that Developer has been unstoppable over that last decade, but it‘s been an even longer time ago that Developer got his start as a DJ back in 1992 where he started djing in the backyard party scene then moving to a residency on 88.7fm Radio then eventually becoming a fixture in the Los Angeles underground warehouse scene playing alongside many of the worlds techno elite and organizing events throughout the 90s into the 2000s. In 2009 Developer retired from events and then converted Modularz from event organizer group to a techno label and began releasing his own music eventually making his way into europe and onto the world. The Album _ Sangre Por Oro, which translates to Blood for Gold, is a full-bodied album, with each track highlighting the different complexities of where techno can go and take you. The whole-room experience that he creates through his tracks high- lights his ability to unify techno lovers, all under one roof.

A very effective collection of new works by Staffan who has previously released on great labels such as
Field, Stockholm Limited, Chronicle and many others. In this special extended release titled "Every choice never made"
it shows a great variety of Sci-Fi influenced, rhythmic and dramatic cuts that will sound great in any club or warehouse.

Modularz is back once again with a stellar release this time from seasoned producer Paul Ritch. The French native is here to deliver five tracks of pulsating techno
breed for the club and another project that adheres to the flagship. The Modularz sound has become so distinct and this EP showcases those rhythmic bouncing basslines and deep riding kick drums. Nuit Blanche is four tracks of punchy dancefloor driving kick drums that are coupled with eccentric modulations and synths. Expect underground crevice hidden chords deep textured and dripping sounds. Some cuts deliver sci-fi alien beeps and stabs that would make any martian jealous. The hi-hats are icy and the snares hype inducing: no matter the pace each cut is a weapon.

Modularz introduces Spanish producer Roll Dann to the growing roster of champion producers from around the world. This is a special release for the Madrid based producer focusing on the strength and power of Techno to his full potential.
