"Dan shall be a serpent in the way, A horned snake in the path, That bites the DJ's heels, So he skips a beat in his mix”

Moscoman continues his Treisar journey with the stunning Snake & Pygmy EP. On the A side lies the gorgeous trance inducing Snake In A Hat, an uplifting intergalactic voyage gliding through layers of synths, twinkling piano notes and melancholic melodies that skillfully progresses into pure bliss. On the flip, the pace slows down with Pirate Of The Lost Ark. This dark mesmeric number features Moscoman’s signature gritty bass style, rolling snare drums and swirling synths all mantled in mind bending effects. The bpm rises again on the closing track Forget The Rest, an irresistible amalgam of dreamy keys and rumbling drums, punctuated by a catchy electronic funk.

Snake & Pygmy is the second of twelve releases for Moscoman’s Treisar label.

"Nemesh is a ravenous wolf; In the morning he devours the prey. In the evening he divides the spoil."

Events take a somber turn as Moscoman’s Treisar project edges closer to its natural conclusion with Nemesh.

The ninth chapter in the Treisar series opens up with The Lady Of The Light, a mechanical ride through the later stages of madness, all in automated bleeps and sinister laments.

Pain Collection sees Moscoman channel his post punk sensibilities through anguished guitars, while Walls Of Jericho gives Nemesh its final master stroke with a middle eastern dancefloor war song.

“Now therefore my son, teach thy children and thy children's children to fear the Mosco, and to go in the good way which will please the Mosco. For if you keep the ways of the Mosco and his statutes, the Mosco will also keep unto you”

Moscoman looks inwards in Treisar season one episode eight. Palm Pilot opens up with a full side of Morning Depression Routine, siphoning the post wake up blues into a dopamine raising cocktail of euphoric chords and giant droning bass.

A flip of the record and Step Into A Word confidently marches on through a sparse landscape of descending arpeggios, heart-wrenching keys and spectral steel drums. Closing off the record, Overview Effect is an italo beholden stomper and the definite soundtrack to cosmic melancholia.

With his newest EP Goa Tee, Moscoman finds himself seven releases deep into his 12 part Treisar series.

Living up to its name, the seventh piece of the puzzle is the trippiest of the series yet, kicking off with Some Of My Fears, a piece if outer space hypnosis carried by a rolling percussion and bass combo that will keep firmly stomping across dancefloors.

Reflecting the mood set on the A side, Moments In Space sees Moscoman channel his Italo flair while reaching out for a rave indebted sonic palette. Final track Chinchilla closes on delirious sounds and 8 bit melodies rubbing shoulders with a lovingly syncopated beat. A weapon all exotically inclined DJs will be reaching out for a their next jungle party.

“Unto the sons of the royal amphibians were given by lot, throughout their families and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve records.”

The fifth EP in the Treisar series sees Moscoman deliver a new piece of dancefloor dazzle with the 'Royal Amphibian International' EP.

'Just across the Nile' kicks off down in the sluggish ends of the club. Flamboyant claps and hypnotizing accordion stabs hint at brighter climates but the darkness of the bass threatens from beneath.

'Express Way' explores broken beats before resolving into a 4x4 drive stocked with balearic flair and ominous vocal chops, while its dub counterpart brings the EP to a melodic close with an unhurried, glistening rework.

And he kneeled, raising his hands over his head to unveil his precious offering, flanked between two pieces of bread and covered in the most delicious mustard.

Four months into his Treisar series, Moscoman is seriously entering his stride. On the EP’s A-side, the low rumbling guitars on Butchers seem to tangle upon themselves. Interjected by stabbing drums, a glittering synth line floats over the top to mesmerising effect.

Moscoman opens the third chapter of the Treisar saga in full pomp. Covering a full side of wax, 'Same Time Tomorrow' is a trawl through space, a journey through nebulas of pulsing acid tones and the soundtrack to the deepest stages of dreams. Moscoman arrived at the ESP Institute last year with a fistful of killer tracks and an imitable recipe for hummous, since then we’ve seen his debut with the dancefloor bomb Akachi and a collaborative follow-up release with long-time cohorts Red Axes. We’re now excited to enter a new chapter with Moscoman’s debut full-length album A Shot In The Light. This creative outpouring spans years of musical trials and tribulations, finally coming full circle to tell the story of an artist leaving his home in Tel Aviv to pursue his passions in the electronic mecca of Berlin and beyond. Moscoman’s unique approach evolves and devolves over the course of eight songs, enduring highs and lows yet never resting for too long in one place—thus illustrating his personal metamorphosis as well as his acute skill of giving many voices to one wild imagination. Mexican Cola Bottle Baby is our lead single - an optimistic dancefloor-filler that rides a disco rhythm, full of odd-ball percussion, over a swollen house bassline as we’re lead through clusters of synthesized mating calls via infectious melodic whistling. If there is a tune that sums up our idea of Summer—bright as a cloudless day yet thick as a tropical heat, and is as wacky as we are here, then this is it.
