Teenage Bottlerocket - Warning Device: 10th Anniversary Edition
Teenage Bottlerocket
Warning Device: 10th Anniversary Edition
LP | 2018 | US | Original (Red Scare Industries)
21,99 €*
Release:2018 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
Vinyl for this modern-day classic has been outta print for 8 years... until now!
This is very special “10th Anniversary Edition” that comes with a gatefold jacket, limited color wax, and a bonus track. The original album description from 2008:
Teenage Bottlerocket has delivered the goods. They’ve got a buncha new songs on an album called “Warning Device” that has been masterfully crafted
at the Blasting Room (Descendents, Rise Against, Lagwagon, etc.). Their last record, the breakout release “Total”, got them on compilations with Fat Wreck Chords and Hopeless Records; not to mention national tours with bands like
Epoxies and Groovie Ghoulies. The chords are power, the punk is pop, and they don’t give a rip about your haircuts because they’re far too busy ripping
through their setlist. “Warning Device” will make you pogo ’til your leather jacket falls to pieces, so get on board or get burned by the Rocket!

Deanna Belos has been a fixture in the Chicago punk scene since she was in Junior High,
attending shows, singing along, and raising hell in general. But she was more than just a
face in the crowd, Deanna was a radiant friend to all, and at some point she picked up a
guitar and made a different contribution the Chicago underground scene: her own music
under the name Sincere Engineer. Over the last couple years we've encouraged her to
keep writing songs and she surprised us all by assembling a great band and recording an
impressive album. Her debut, "Rhombithian", was Produced by Matt Jordan (You Blew It!,
Dowsing, etc.) and pairs the sounds of Chicago punk and the youthful Midwest "emo
revival" movement. For Fans Of:The Lawrence Arms, Into It. Over It, The Menzingers,
RVIVR, Modern Baseball, Sundowner, Topshelf Records.

Fléau - Fléau
7" | 2021 | US | Original (Red Scare Industries)
11,99 €*
Release:2021 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
Fléau means Scourge in French and we could probably just leave it at that. The latest/wildest addition to the Red Scare pantheon comes from somewhere in France, and these four humans describe themselves as a, “Band of mercenaries”. All their songs are about battle and they wear Medieval helms when they play. At first we laughed nervously and thought it was all a gag, but this music is hardcore Oi! that’ll give you nightmares. Think of bands like The Templars, Rixe, Blitz, Noi!se, Lion’s Law, etc. This debut 4-song EP will definitely turn some heads in the Streetpunk world, so get on their good side before they invade the scene.
Broadway Calls - Sad In The City
Broadway Calls
Sad In The City
LP | 2020 | US | Original (Red Scare Industries)
18,99 €*
Release:2020 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
We’ve been fans of Broadway Calls for a while now and after years of pestering they finally gave in and joined the team. Their exact words were, “It would take a catastrophic act of god that destroyed the music industry for us to consider working with Red Scare.” And what do ya know! Thank you, 2020. (Ironically, the record is about the impending civil war and apocalypse… so maybe this is all their doing?!) Then we sent ‘em down to the Bay Area to work with Scott Goodrich (Culture Abuse, Direct Hit!, etc.) and they emerged with the best 11 songs we’ve ever heard from this Oregon trio. Sad In The City is fast, it’s loud, and most of all it is catchy as hell. It’s their finest full length and it’ll likely go down as one of the top releases in our entire catalog.

"Meet Me On The Moon" is the first single off "Sad In The City", the upcoming full length from Broadway Calls. This next album is NO Shit their best release ever, and this song is a sneak peak at what you have to look forward to. The band is doing a preemptive strike this Spring with a tour of the UK and EU, so we figured we should at least crank out a teaser 7" for the occasion. The B-side features a stripped-down version of their fan fave, "Call it Off". Get ready, 'cuz here they come.
Elway - Hence My Optimism
Hence My Optimism
7" | 2020 | US | Original (Red Scare Industries)
9,99 €*
Release:2020 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
This EP is one of their best releases and has been sold out for about 6-7 years now. Here’s the description from the original 2012 one-sheet: Elway released their debut full length, Delusions, in 2011 and went on to make quite a dent in the DIY punk scene. Armed with that breakout album, they toured their asses off, made lotsa friends, and won over loads of new fans. Something else must’ve happened in that time, because Elway’s songwriting has further improved, and that’s clearly evident on these four new tunes that make up Hence My Optimism. These are gutsy and efficient punk songs, sure to please the Elway faithful, but even more certain to garner them more new fans. Think The Lawrence Arms meets Propagandhi; it really is a promising step up for the band and a big favorite here at the Red Scare HQ.

Sam Russo has had offers from much bigger/better labels, but to our delight, he chose to stick with his old chums at Red Scare for album #3. And "Back To The Party" is a special one. This is a diverse-sounding record with a broad spectrum of emotions on display. You can hear the loyalty and the love, the fear and the hope, the desperation and the triumph. You can also hear Sam trying new things as he crafts 33 minutes of his best stuff yet. It's a bold mix of styles that we haven't yet heard from the British balladeer, and we know Sam's devoted following are hungry for his first new LP in five years. For Fans Of: Chuck Ragan, The Menzingers, Frank Turner, Dave Hause, Lucero, Brian Fallon_.
Guerilla Poubelle - L'ennui
Guerilla Poubelle

Release:2020 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
Alright Pierre, let’s go over the facts: This is GP’s second LP with Red Scare; this
album is even better; and Guerilla Poubelle is the biggest punk band in Paris, France.
We’re off to a good start. What you need to know is that “L’ennui” is not only a strong
outing for the Frenchman, this new one has all their talents on display. There’s
catchy pop-punk, hardcore songs, and the rowdy anthems we’ve come to expect
from Guerilla Poubelle. Plus the lyrical content on here is extra fiery. À La Flambé, if
you will. Apparently the French have been real pissed lately? So if you wanna brush
up on your Français and you’re into bands like Arms Aloft, RVIVR, Against Me!, and
Strike Anywhere... this is the album for you.
Copyrights / Kepi Ghoulie - Observation Wagon
Copyrights / Kepi Ghoulie
Observation Wagon
7" | 2019 | US | Original (Red Scare Industries)
11,99 €*
Release:2019 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
Side 1: The first new music from The Copyrights since 2014 and a fun B-side to boot. It would seem that these pop-punk heroes are coming back to life to write new songs, and here's the first of (hopefully) many more to come! Side 2: The venerable Kepi Ghoulie has been on a thousand labels and our number finally came up. Poor guy. First song is a new Sci-Fi thriller and then he throws in a Copys cover just to show those boys how it's done.
Brendan Kelly & The Wandering Birds - Keep Walkin' Pal
Brendan Kelly & The Wandering Birds
Keep Walkin' Pal
LP | 2018 | EU | Original (Red Scare Industries)
18,99 €*
Release:2018 / EU – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
The Wandering Birds is a project from Brendan Kelly (The Lawrence Arms, The Falcon, etc.) that involves an eclectic group of collaborators and thematically relies on depravity and sleazy swagger. Many people tell us that 2012’s I’d Rather Die Than Live Forever is the best release on Red Scare, but those people are idiots. (I mean, it’s good but COME ON.) After a lot of sold out shows and apparently a lot of time spent in dive bars and seedy hotels, Brendan has returned with a new batch of illicit goods. Back with the Birds is Bren’s BFF and co-conspirator, filmmaker Nick Martin. They’ve also added two new partners in crime on these 10 godless hymns: Derek Grant of Alkaline Trio and Dan Tinkler from Atlas Studios. This latest LP is called Keep Walkin’ Pal, and we’re not sure if it’s Space Rock or Chiptune or what, but we know that it’s reliably dirty and real likeable. This is not some emo boy with a guitar or another “punk goes acoustic” outing, this is fresh American rock ‘n’ roll that will appeal to punks, drunks, and weirdos.
Swingin' Utters / Nothington - Bird Party
Swingin' Utters / Nothington
Bird Party
7" | 2018 | US | Original (Red Scare Industries)
11,99 €*
Release:2018 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
The final release from Nothington and they’re lucky to pair up with fellow San
Francisco punks, Swingin’ Utters. Two SF legends! And speaking of badass
combos, on the Utters track we have a rowdy duet with Johnny Peebucks
and Jack Dalrymple. Meanwhile, on the Nothington side, we have a
bittersweet farewell that features Chris and Jay trading vocals one last time.
Oh, but don’t get too emo about this sad sendoff ‘cuz both sides of this 7”
are loud and fast. It’s Haight AND Ashbury. It’s Montana AND Rice. It’s
chowder AND the sourdough bread bowl!
Tightwire - Six Feet Deep
Six Feet Deep
LP | 2018 | US | Original (Red Scare Industries)
18,99 €*
Release:2018 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
One of the Dillinger Four dudes sent us music from a young band outta Minneapolis, and as usual, we
groaned, rolled our eyes, and then grudgingly listened to the songs. WAIT A SEC. Holy shit… this
band RIPS! (Super catchy and sounds like The Copyrights playing Dude Ranch). A new band with a
great demo… is this a trap? We reached out right away and basically demanded that they join us at
Red Scare. They’re called Tightwire, and they’re giving you 13 self-recorded blasts on this debut
album entitled, Six Feet Deep, mixed by Matt Allison (Alkaline Trio, Dead To Me, The Menzingers). The
two singers, Paul and Tane, offer the kind of dark/poppy jams you would expect from salty MPLS
punks: love songs, drinking songs, angry songs, drinking songs, funny songs, drinking songs,
etc. This should go down as one of the best pop-punk albums of the year, and you can expect
lotsa tours from this Midwest trio as they already have shows booked with Dillinger Four and
Off With Their Heads.
Red City Radio - SkyTigers
Red City Radio
LP | 2018 | US | Original (Red Scare Industries)

Release:2018 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
"Red Scare pulled all the stops with a far-out SkyTigers screenprint ON the
vinyl. Probably our nicest (and most expensive, d'oh!) packaging ever!"
SkyTigers is five new hits and 21 minutes of Heartland punk from Red City Radio with some balls-trippin' art to
boot, baby! Red Scare has a peculiar knack for plucking bands out of unlikely locations. We've developed acts
from towns like Laramie, Enumclaw, Scranton, Carbondale, Haverhill, Reno, Eau Claire... the boonies! We may
know squat about the music biz, but sure as shit can spot talent in a dive bar. Now we have yet another group of
overachieving underdogs: straight outta Oklahoma, it's Red City Radio. Their last full length was probably our
favorite album of 2015, but when their major label subsidiary went outta business (high five!) after only a couple
months, we reached out as fans to lend a hand to this great punk quartet. Their crowds have doubled in size since
that last release, so we so expect big things from these Okies with SkyTigers. To make damn sure, we enlisted
producer by Mike Kennerty and mixer by Matt Allison, so you know this EP is destined to end up in the cosmos--
which is probably where they found that two-headed beastie on the cover. Far fucking OUT, man!
Brokedowns - Sick Of Space
Sick Of Space
LP | 2018 | US | Original (Red Scare Industries)
16,99 €*
Release:2018 / US – Original
Genre:Rock / Indie
These guys are one of the funniest bands around, but they ain't playin' when their songs
take on issues like misguided nationalism or technology or Midwestern despair. We
think they have the best bullshit detector in the scene. But this foursome is a little
weirder, a little smarter, and a little heavier-sounding than your average punk band, and
they have 13 new ones on Sick Of Space. Just look at the goddamn song titles and tell
us you don't wanna party with this LP?! Sick Of Space will be their third album on Red
Scare and that's usually when our bands achieve mainstream success, so get on board
while they're still cool!
