We carry all direct costs of a return within Germany if you use the return label included in the shipment. If your shipment does not include a return label we can provide one for free if the order value exceeds €20; all within Germany. From outside of Germany you may also return the goods using the standard procedure at your own cost. If you do not use the return label provided to return the goods to us, you carry the direct costs of the return.
If the reason for your return is having received wrong or defective goods, we will of course reimburse the postage for packages sent from countries outside of Germany. Important: In this case please contact our Customer Service.
