Our delivery services are Hermes, DHL or UPS. We also provide shipping to Packstation (within Germany) via DHL.
Free shipping for orders above 80 EURO (value of goods) with Hermes and DHL.

We offer cash on delivery with DHL and UPS. The additional shipping charge for Pay On Delivery (only possible within Germany) is 7,00 EURO.
Our Express shipping is for everybody who wants a secure delivery of their order on the next day. Express shipping is only possible with the following payment types: credit card, Sofortüberweisung or Paypal. All orders placed and paid for by 14:00 are shipped guaranteed with Hermes Express (7,99 EURO) and UPS Express Saver (9,99 EURO) on the same day.
A Saturday delivery is possible with Hermes Express. A Saturday delivery with UPS Express is only possible in consultation with our customer service (19,99 EURO).
Shipping to Austria
For shipping to Austria you can choose between DHL, UPS and FedEx Priority.
Free shipping for orders above 100 EURO (value of goods) with DHL.

Reception at a DHL Packstation in Austria is easily possible and does not require registration. You just need to enter your mobile phone number.
We ship internationally with FedEx. In individual cases, we reserve ourselves to commission another shipping company.
For shipments to non-EU countries additional customs charges, taxes and fees can be incurred.

For less populated or accessible international areas we charge an out of delivery area surcharge of 5 Euro.
Special Transport Regulations
Some items – for example record cleaners or products for shoe and clothing care – are classified as dangerous goods due to their chemical components and are therefore subject to special transport regulations. Currently the shipping is only possible via land route and only within Germany.
