Split shipment

Split Shipment in case of Pre-Order items

If your order contains items that are not available at the time of placing the order, we can ship the available items separately. To use of this option, please select “Individual Shipping” during step two when placing an order. All available items will then be sent as fast as possible and all non-available items will be forwarded together as soon as they are available. If you did not choose the split while placing the order you can always contact our customer service to arrange it for you. Please note that a split shipment of your order may result in additional shipping costs.
