You can also pick up your order in our shop. To do so, simply select „HHV Store Pick-Up in Berlin” as the shipping address in the order process. After receipt of payment(PayPal, credit card, Sofort, bank transfer) you can usually pick up your order on the next working day. Orders made on a Friday can only be picked up on the following Monday. The Store Pick-Up Service is free of charge for orders with a value of goods of more than 80 €. For orders with a value of goods of less than 80 €, a service fee of 1.99 € per order applies.

If pre-order items are included, the shipment will be sent to the HHV Store when the last pre-order date is reached. However, you can also select split shipment, in which case the available items will be shipped immediately.
To pick up your order you will need a photo ID (e.g. passport, ID card, driving licence) as well as a QR code, which you will receive from us by email.
If something doesn’t fit, you can return it directly at the HHV Store or take it home and return it via Hermes. The return will then be sent to the warehouse, processed there and you will be refunded within a few working days.
