How to change your order or add an item

Change delivery address or payment method

You may change your order until the point where it has been processed by our shipping department. This particularly applies to the method of payment and shipping type, the shipping address and the email address. For these matters, please contact our customer service via phone, email or contact form.
You can check the status of your order here and change the shipping address or the payment method directly.

Combine orders or adding items

If you wish to add items to your order purchase the items in a new order. Under My Orders the orders can be combined in your customer account. Partially shipped orders can not be combined.
We will send you an updated order confirmation / invoice via email after we have processed your new order. Please note that changes may delay the processing of your order.
In case of preorders the date of the reservation can be postponed. If we receive less than delivered, it may happen that you will not be considered.

Order cancellation

If you have accidentally placed an order or you have changed your mind, we will be able to cancel the order unless our shipping department has already processed it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service via phone or email.
