Credit card payment

The credit card does not “work” …

In most cases we will not be able to determine the cause of the error. However, from our experience we know that these types of problems are often caused by incorrectly entered security information or expired cards. The payment will also be denied, if the country of the shipping address does not match the country in which the credit card is registered. If you are unable to complete the payment by credit card, please contact our Customer Service to change the method of payment.
