“Here We Stand.” It is a phrase that means a lot to the legendary UK punk band Cock Sparrer. It was the title of the band’s 2007 LP, which announced their arrival in the 21st century. It cropped up again as a rallying cry in the lyrics to their 2017 anthem “One By One.” And now it is the title and chorus of a brand-new single off the band’s farewell studio LP, Hand on Heart.

Electro producer Shaknis inspired the early ideas of the EP using his analog equipment, creating a solid foundation for Egzotikka. A Cold Wave producer, guitarist, and songwriter formed the identity of this new analog post-punkish-sounding EP. 80’s instruments such as classic Roland drums, Polivox, and Fender guitars were used to create the modern Lo-fi sound filled with lyrics about narcissism, toxic relationships, and super-ego driven by a strong belief in a fucked up society. This EP was recorded during the spring of 2022 in London, UK, and Šiauliai, Lithuania.

"Prime Evil" is the sixth studio album by black metal pioneers Venom. Originally released in 1989, Prime Evil was the first album to feature former Atomkraft bassist and vocalist Tony "Demolition Man" Dolan. The album is a thrilling and ridiculously catchy slab of British black/thrash metal that never loses its ferocity or momentum. Often overlooked, this heavy metal gem is a must have in the collection of every metal head out there!

The debut, self-titled release from New York City’s Quicksand came out in 1990 and is the 18th release from Revelation Records. It includes four songs including an instrumental entitled “Hypno Jam With Dan”. Frontman/ guitarist Walter Schreifels, the main creative force behind Gorilla Biscuits and bassist for Youth OF Today, assembled the band’s lineup from his dissolved project called Moondog. Guitarist Tom Capone had founded Long Island’s Beyond, and had previously played in Bold, writing their album Looking Back. Drummer Alan Cage had been in Burn and played with Capone in Beyond. Bassist Sergio Vega arrived from the short-lived Collapse and a later incarnation of Absolution. This release ignited the post-hardcore movement and sparked a new scene with new sounds.

Megadeth is one of the “big four” of American thrash metal, along with Slayer, Anthrax and Metallica. The latter being the band frontman Dave Mustainewas kicked out of in 1983 before starting his own group that was “faster and heavier than Metallica”. It wasn’t long before Megadeth released platinum selling album after platinum selling album, popularizing the metal genre and gathering a huge following. This is still one of the most popular metal bands in the world, here on their first headlining global tour back in 1987.

The pre-cursor to Mid-Air Thief's cult-acclaimed album Crumbling, Gongjoon Doduk exhibits a distinct universality, merging disparate sounds and styles into a cohesive, electronic-infused folk amalgam that tactfully blurs the lines between organic and synthetic. The impossible has become possible...AQUILUS returns! The enigmatic, atmospheric metal band became one of the most whispered-about secrets in the metal scene, following the quiet release of their debut album “Griseus” in 2011. A 2013 vinyl release rocketed the band into public consciousness, and “Griseus” slowly amassed a following of devoted fans, climbing its way to being voted #1 album of the decade on MetalStorm. For eight years, an epic, sophomore masterwork was-in-the-making. So legendary, in fact, that fans hardly believe it exists. The opus grew so furiously, the decision was ultimately made to split the work into two parts, culminating with the release of the first album – “Bellum I”. “Bellum I” showcases the band's rare amalgam of authentic classical, European folk, and black metal influences, alongside Aquilus's unique multi-instrumentation and compositional complexity. Streetcleaner: Live at Roadburn 2011 is the first live album from English industrial metal band Godflesh. The release (which consists of the entirety of Godflesh's 1989 studio album Streetcleaner performed live) was recorded on 14 April 2011 at the Roadburn Festival in Tilburg, Netherlands. Apart from being the group's debut live album, it was also the first time they played Streetcleaner in its entirety. This performance marks the first of three times Godflesh played an entire album live at Roadburn. In 2013, the band performed their 1992 album Pure, and in 2018 the band performed their 1994 album Selfless.

First ever reissue of this sought-after punk-funk / no wave / electro post-punk 45 from 1979 by post-Wayne County Electric Chairs, produced by David Cunningham (flying Lizards). Expanded to 12” including hot edits / reworks by Gareth Goddard aka Cherrystones. In 1979, Wayne County & The Electric Chairs – the legendary punk-rock band - recorded their third album, Things Your Mother Never Told You, in London. It was produced by David Cunningham of the Flying Lizards, famous also for his work with This Heat, Michael Nyman, etc. He also played synthesizer on some of the tracks. Often compared to Bowie’s Low and Iggy Pop’s Lust For Life, the album combined the no-frills punk-rock sound of the band with the experimental production of Cunningham, showing his love for dub music and cut'n'paste / electronica. After a tour promoting the album, vocalist Wayne County along with guitar player Eliot Michaels departed the band and returned to New York, where County later emerged as Jayne County. The remaining Electric Chairs members - Val Haller, JJ Johnson and Henry Padovani (ex-Police!) - decided to continue under the Electric Chairs name. Their record label gave them just a month to find a replacement singer and write material for an album. After rehearsing with a few singers, none of which were suitable, the trio decided to go into the studio and record some tracks with Cunningham as producer. The result was the "So Many Ways" / "J'Attends Les Marines" 45, released in November 1979 by Safari Records. Here, Cunningham applied his most experimental production techniques, using electronic treatments on drums, rhythms and vocals. "So Many Ways", featuring Val on lead vocals, was far from anything else the band had previously done: an hypnotic punk-funk / no wave / synthetic pop hybrid that still sounds years ahead of its time. In 2013, it was included on the compilation "Under The Influence" by famous DJ James Glass. "J'Attends Les Marines" was a rework of "Waiting For The Marines" from the Things Your Mother album but adding a cool dub / experimental touch. Here's the first ever vinyl reissue of this sought after punk-funk / no wave 45, featuring the original artwork but expanded to 12" format for maximum sound quality and including two exclusive edits / reworks by Electric Chairs fan and mix/edit wizard Gareth Goddard aka Cherrystones
