Levi’s® Apparel

Founded in 1853 by Bavarian immigrant Levi Strauss, Levi Strauss & Co. is one of the world’s largest brand-name apparel marketers around the world. There is no other company with a comparable global presence in the jeans and casual pants markets and a denim-related history as strong as Levi’s®. From producing the first denim overalls in the 1870s to introducing early 5-pocket styles in the 1920s to dominating the outfit of a whole generation in the 1950s and 1960s, Levi’s® always had a major impact on the evolution of denim while steadily adding fresh details, innovative fits plus pushing the art of finishing rugged cotton twill textiles. Besides having the most-influential style under their belt (yeah, we talk about the famous 501!), nowadays Levi’s® is known for recreating classic back catalogue styles from way back on a regular basis.
