As a regular at Fuse and other Belgian and foreign clubs, A.Brehme has build a solid reputation for his long and enchanting sets. Being a particular good friend of the house as he also handles the Techno selection of our shop, we are very exited to announce this EP on Form & Function. A label deeply rooted in the Belgian underground Techno scene.
A. Brehme's works and Dj-sets are grounded in ambient, psychedelic and minimalist perception of electronic music. An approach that is recognizable in this EP builds as it builds a great atmosphere from the first track till the last. In a perpetual forward motion, fogged textures mesh with brumous, reverb-drenched layers; systematic beat patterns and sharp percussion threaten to break out and cause collapse, yet deliverance from A. Brehme’s hypnosis is not so easily obtained.
