Bassment Of Badmen Volume 2

After a bit of time off persuing other avenues of creativity, Hand'Solo Records returns with their second volume in the Bassments of Badmen series, the compilation series that started the whole Hand'Solo label. While the first volume featured artists strictly from Halifax, the second volume expands out to encompass artists from across Canada, the U.S. and even Japan. A little more on the experimental side, the big hit was the more traditional "The Wordburglar," which led to Hand'Solo Records signing Burg as their central artist. This track became the focus of Wordburglar's vinyl EP and was made into an animated video that was later featured on the Australian DVD music video compilation Preserving Efforts Volume 1 alongside videos from Guru, Atmosphere, Murs, Living Legends, Pete Philly & Perquisite, Urthboy and more. Bassments of Badmen 2 also features appearances from Epic, Mindbender, Restiform Bodies (Anticon), Spiritual Juice (Japan) and much more.
