Time for another successful introduction to the OFF roster. Meet the spirit of Chi Thanh, a Berlin based multi talented beat wizard who brings us an outstanding debut EP. "Let's Play" starts out with infectious acoustic guitars that get in groove with a driving yet deep beat and bass combo. The vocal and lyrics encourage us to "Play The Game" while you 'lose your brain´ in a returning club environment. "I Like The Way" mixes blues-steel guitars with country - style vocals,adding a powerful bassline that does its thing after the breakdown while with "Heat" Chi Thanh shows a more club-oriented instrumental side where the focus lies on an infectious organ bass line coupled with vibey synths and a classic house beat. On the remix front we first have Mat.Joe, an OFF regular act, who render a proper bouncy groovy deep house version of "Let's Play" and Hive's own swiss knives Animal Trainer who craft a more trippy driving techy landscape for the track completing an amazing package.
