Nice Try is very proud to welcome a new member on the label rooster: Dadaglobal is a part of Zürich´s electronic music scene for many many years, involving himself at the most infamous venues in Switzerland (such as Dachkantine, Vision Festival, Hermetschloo and many others) with various projects such as his (even more) experimental ´Katharina Kabel´ or as part of ´Compact Flash´, a 5 member house/techno act which just got back from an successful Chinatour. Dada is performing live with machines only, combining all the things that make him who he is: smart, sensitive, expressive, genuine and foremost educated in classical music. ´Hier ist nicht da´ is a dream scapy techno jazz poem that has the potential to carry you away to outer space. You can clearly sense Dada´s affinity for Cage & Stockhausen which makes this record not easy accessible: But once you´ve got it its truly mind blowing - es pecially at those very very late moments (alltough for my part i really enjoy to listen to it at any daytime!). Nice Try Records is also very happy to announce a trippy old school contribution to this release by Lausanne´s Producer and DJ Ly Sander. The 12" comes in greatly designed satin inner/outersleeve combination with the words ´HIER´, ´IST´, ´NICHT´, ´DA´ printed on each side of the sleeves. With two copies you´ll be able to put some funny word combinations on your shelve.
