After highlighting two young french talents for its first releases with Madben and Oniris, Astropolis Records now invites two french techno legends for its third release. The Driver, techno aka for french rave key figure Manu le Malin and techno veteran Electric Rescue join their forces for a first 12' « the wolves » : A dark fang strike, fierce, beastly.The encounter of these two french techno activist couldnt have result in anything else than an explosiv termination : two raw and nagging techno tracks blending up both artist proper musical background. The EP begin with a track called « The Wolves » declined in two versions, dark and biting on the aubervilliers mix, sharp and boiling on the chord mix. The B side features a second track by techno duo The Driver vs Electric Rescue called « La Crytpe », a muggy and stifling techno track that make the link beetween both composer style and a enchanting and captivating housy resivison of « The Wolves » by prolific french composer and remixer Traumer.
