After spending much of 2014 exploring the darker reaches of UK club music through the likes of US producer Rabit and New Zealand’s Epoch, Soundman Chronciles are to kick off their third year with an EP from Keysound affiliate and junglist advocate, Etch. ’The Serpent and The Rainbow’ EP not only brings about a shift in tempo, but also a sound that feels far closer to home - a sound undoubtedly tied to the origins of UK sound system culture and Etch’s own relationship with the music itself.
