Horros Section The Prowler

After selling through the entire first pressing their self-released debut EP "The Prowler," horror-punk newcomers HORROR SECTION decided they should probably start playing some shows. In case you missed that - the entire first pressing of this 7" sold out before the band had played a single show. The songs, horror-inspired pop punk based on a classic B-movie slasher flick, were so widely shared on message boards, bandcamp, and social media that every last copy was snatched up through mail-order within six weeks of the initial release date. Horror Section is worlds away from your average horror punk band. They stay away from the over-the-top antics typically associated with the genre, preferring to rely on the classic cool of their influences: The Ramones. George Romero. The Dickies. Tom Savini. These guys were raised on a toxic sludge of punk rock music and grindhouse cinema. Their songs are punk rock fan fiction for the greatest b-movies of all time.
