Released in 1995, the debut album of Lisa Loeb & Nine Stories.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Lisa Loeb began her band career as a student, and in 1993 her song 'Stay' was used in the soundtrack to the movie 'Reality Bites' starring friend and actor Ethan Hawke. Recorded No. 1 on the Billboard dated August 2014.

She has a unique musical background as the first artist in Billboard history to have no contract with a record company.

'Stay' won two honors: a Grammy nomination and the UK's largest music award, the Brit Award for Best Newcomer.

She then signed to Geffen Records and released her book Tales in 1995. This album recorded a gold disc nationwide.
