Online sensation and secret weapon in the hands of a select few, this debut from MermaidS is a dancefloor sureshot that's seeing the light of day at long last. Surfacing at the end of 2011 into a pool of crystal clarity, MermaidS combine elements of the past and future to create a present that is at once sky high, another ocean deep. Releasing on Young Adults, Glasgow Underground, Foto, Editorial, Non Local, FlipSide and Philanthrobeats, and with an upcoming EP for Amsterdam's Subjekt as well as a remix on Sweden's OH! Records, their sound has found it's way across the world. Now, in 2015, the timing is right to launch GoodShip Records. An outlet to explore the sounds that inspire, to update and transform, to express truly where they're at and what course they wish to set sail... And with Jackmaster previewing the lead track on his recent Mastermix to much acclaim, it would seem the wind is blowing in the right direction!
