Ice cold synths, stuttering drum machines and melodic motifs grace this 12", all lovingly collaged and channelled through Morken's own unique style and sound. 2 tracks of hardware laced expressionism recorded in Oslo at his home studio and spread across a side each on a super nice 12" pressing. For the uninitiated, Morken has long been a representative of Norway's dance music underground and his reputation as Jaegers weekly resident DJ in Oslo has earned him worldwide respect where he has booked Theo Parrish, Levon Vincent, Mark E, Beautiful Swimmers, Mark Seven, Ron Morelli, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Hunee, Floating Points & loads more! With very tight links with Sex Tags, Todd Terje and Prins Thomas and with releases on Olsen, LIES, Full Pupp & Mysticisms, Øyvind is a very busy man!
